RJS RESOURCING LTD is seeking compassionate Community Carers to support people in their own homes across the United Kingdom. The role focuses on care with empathy, dignity, and enabling independence.

You will provide personal care, medication support, and companionship, with flexible shifts (7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm) and alternate weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

• Strong communication and reliability in daily home care.
• Availability for alternate weekends is essential.
• Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship.

• Support clients to stay independent and confident.
• Coordinate with families and professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and raise concerns when required.
