Job summary

Linkers Health is seeking Care Workers to support residents across a variety of care settings in the United Kingdom. You will provide person-centered care, assist with personal care, mealtimes and activities while offering a listening ear to residents in need. Empathy and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification preferred.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
• No care work experience required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report irregularities to management staff.
• Interact with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Accurately complete all required reports.
• Interact with families and visitors professionally.
