Job summary

Easycare 4 U Limited in Nottingham is seeking Home Care Workers to join our caring team. You will provide person-centred home care, helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing in their own homes.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. We offer flexible hours, competitive hourly rates (£12.71 per hour), paid induction, and ongoing support to help you grow in a rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.

• Helping clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Completing light household tasks where required.
• Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential care records.
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect at all times.
