Job summary

Vivash‑Elite care Services is seeking a Home Care Worker to provide compassionate personal care in service users’ homes across Nottinghamshire. You will support independent living with practical and emotional assistance and join a team that values empathy, reliability and a positive attitude.

Full or part-time roles available with flexible shifts, including weekends. Prior care experience is preferred; DBS checks are required and full training is provided to develop your skills and ensure

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is essential and empatheic, with a caring approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Right to work in the UK is required; DBS disclosure will be checked.
• Care certification is advantageous; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care.
• Assisting with cooking light meals and providing snacks.
• Carrying out tasks per the service user’s care plan.
• Transporting service users to local amenities and medical appointments.
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
• Communicating effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
• Adhering to CQC regulations and company policies.
• Monitoring health needs and reporting concerns.
• Administering prescribed medicines according to the care plan.
• Supporting independence and daily living in service users’ homes.
