Space Inclusive Ltd is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care in Nottingham. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and community outings, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Care experience is required.
• Previous care experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence and life skills.
• Support individuals with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks.
• Assist with medication in accordance with training and care plans.
• Accompany individuals to appointments, activities and community outings.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, dignity, choice and social inclusion.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow individual support plans.
