Unity Health Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to support adults in their own homes in Hexham. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week across up to five days, with a starting rate of from £13.45 per hour.

You will provide personal care, well-being support, companionship, and help clients maintain independence, while keeping accurate care logs and reporting any concerns. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in home care (domiciliary care).
• Able to complete Care Certificate and statutory training.
• Good English literacy, numeracy, and digital record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Personal care: assist with daily living tasks and personal hygiene.
• Well-being support: prepare nutritious food and assist with medications.
• Companionship and independence: converse with clients and support social connections.
