Job summary

Care By Us is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to support clients in their local communities. The role involves visiting clients' homes to provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities, while promoting dignity and independence.

You will travel within the Kings Langley area & surrounding towns, with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle being essential due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care in clients' homes to promote dignity and independence.
• Assist with medication management, nutrition, mobility, and daily activities according to care plans.
• Maintain household tasks, document care and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Monitor client health changes and ensure safety; support social inclusion and emotional well-being.
• Attend team meetings and participate in shadowing and training as required.
