Louisa Homecare Ltd is looking for compassionate Community Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Roles involve providing in-home care, personal support, companionship and assistance with daily tasks across clients in the local area.

The position requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel between clients and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care while protecting dignity and privacy.
• Assist with medication in accordance with individual care plans.
