Experience isn’t essential; we offer full training. Shifts cover 7 days with mileage paid, and you’ll join a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Assist with medication preparation and administration as directed.
• Support mobility and use of aids safely.
• Prepare meals and offer mealtime support.
• Carry out light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and build relationships.
• Document observations and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with colleagues, professionals, and families.
