Job summary

Qualifications

• Care Certificate and NVQ 2 Health and Social Care required or completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
• Promote independence and respect clients' dignity and privacy.
• Must be a driver with a valid driver's license.
