Qualifications

• Experience: Prior care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
• Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toilet.
• Health & Medication Support: assist with medication administration or reminders.
• Emotional & Social Support: provide companionship and encourage social interaction.
• Domestic Assistance: light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Communication & Documentation: record changes and communicate with family and healthcare professionals.
• Personal Advocacy: empower clients to make choices about their care and uphold dignity.
