Job summary

You will support daily activities, personal care and mealtimes while promoting independence and wellbeing. Based in Northampton, the role offers flexi patterns and the chance to join a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK at the time of application.
• Willingness to work a rota including alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Support daily routines including personal care, mobility and meals.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing through engagement and activities.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families, monitor wellbeing.
