Walfinch Home Care Sutton Coldfield is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Carer to provide home care visits in Royal Sutton Coldfield. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, hydration, and medication prompts, while maintaining safety and dignity.

Role requires reliability, good time management, and the ability to travel locally between client homes. You will keep detailed records, follow care plans, and report concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.

Formación

• Experience or strong interest in providing personal care, companionship, and practical support to people in their own homes.
• Ability to follow care plans, maintain clear records, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Reliability in working to scheduled visits, with good time management and ability to travel locally between client homes.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and safe working practices in line with health and social care guidelines.
• Empathy, patience, and a respectful approach to supporting people with varying needs.
• Willingness to undertake care training and pursue qualifications such as NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to use simple systems for recording care.

Responsabilidades
