Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to visit clients in their homes across Blackpool and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily activities, and travel between client visits throughout your shift.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours with shift patterns across weekdays and weekends, plus a dedicated on-call support team and ongoing training. DBS is fully funded.

Formación

• Right to work in the UK without needing employer sponsorship.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Visiting clients in their homes during scheduled hours (7am–1pm or 4pm–10pm).
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with medication management as needed.
• Support with meals and nutrition.
• Travel between client visits during a shift.
