Job summary

Delta Care Ltd is seeking Home Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home support across Blackpool and surrounding areas. Earn £13.45–£13.55 per hour with mileage pay and comprehensive training; roles include part-time and full-time options, evenings and weekends, and mileage allowances.

Hours include mornings and evenings to suit availability, with no prior qualifications required and full training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior qualifications or experience required; paid full training provided.
• The role is community-based, visiting clients in their homes to support daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care (washing, dressing, meals).
• Support mobility and activities of daily living.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Ensure clients' safety, comfort and well-being at all times.
• Document care provided and update care plans as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Promote independence and dignity for clients.
