Job summary
Bluebird Care Cornwall North is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients at home in Wadebridge and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living activities and provide high-quality, compassionate care in clients' own homes.

Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence is required with access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to follow individual care plans and instructions.
- Compassionate, patient and calm approach to care.
- Experience in care is beneficial but not mandatory as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Help with meal prep, nutrition and dietary needs.
- Support with medication handling and safe disposal.
- Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and cleaning.
- Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for clients.
- Complete full induction and ongoing training.
- Uniform and PPE provided.
- Receive regular support and career development opportunities.
- Work with a friendly team with 24/7 support.
