A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with full training provided. This is a people-focused role with a supportive team and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to provide personal care with compassion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to undergo full training.
• Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prep, cooking and nutrition.
• Support with medication and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework and housekeeping.
• Be a dependable, friendly face for clients.
• Complete induction and ongoing expert training.
• Uniform and PPE provided.
• Regular support and ongoing career development.
