Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking Health Care Assistants to join established home-care teams in the local London communities. You will deliver compassionate care in clients' homes, supporting mobility, meals, hygiene, and daily tasks while maintaining dignity and independence.

No experience is required, as full training and induction are provided to help you grow with our supportive team and progress within our expanding services in Merton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• No prior experience required but must show compassion and strong communication
• Willingness to complete training and induction

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with mobility and daily activities
• Support with administering medication as required
• Assist with domestic tasks: beds, tidying, laundry, light cleaning
• Help with meals and hydration and personal care assistance
• Support users with use and care of aids and equipment
• Contribute to end-of-life care as needed
