Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking Health Care Assistants to provide in-home support across Leicestershire. You will help clients maintain independence with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship in a friendly, professional team.

No prior care experience is required; full induction, ongoing training, PPE and DBS are provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to cover various areas.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
• Supporting mobility and safe use of equipment
• Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
• Administering or prompting medication
• Household tasks like laundry, bed making, tidying and light cleaning
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients attend appointments and stay connected with the community
• Assisting with shopping and everyday errands
• Supporting specialist care needs when required
• Promoting independence and dignity in care
