Job summary

Care Santé Limited is looking for two Health Care Assistants to join our family-like team. You will provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults to live fulfilling lives in their own homes across the local area.

Our usual shifts are mornings 7am–3pm, evenings 4pm–10pm, and alternative weekends. We have both part-time and full-time roles, with full training provided and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Have a right to work within the UK
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care

Responsibilities

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, toilet arrangements)
• Helping with mobility and use of aids and equipment
• Domestic tasks (beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry)
• Assisting with eating and drinking (meals, snacks, drinks)
• Supporting with administering medication
• Contributing to end-of-life care as needed
