Deben Willow Care Ltd in Claydon, Suffolk, is seeking committed Community Care Workers to join the team in Woodbridge. The role offers a 42-hour per week contract on a two-week fixed roster, with potential overtime.

As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes to assist with personal care, medication support, companionship, and other tasks to help them remain independent, safe and content at home.

Qualifications

• Must have domiciliary care experience; 3 months minimum.
• 1 year home care experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to assist with daily living and independence.
• Provide personal care and medication support as needed.
• Offer companionship and promote overall wellbeing and safety.
• Maintain accurate notes and report any changes in client needs.
