Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate care worker to support a client with a spinal injury at home in Crewe. You will assist with mobilising, provide personal and social care, and help the client enjoy outdoor activities and social events, offering genuine care, empathy and companionship.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, with shifts including nights and weekend daytime coverage as described.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Social Care preferred.
• Experience of working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Experience dealing with clients who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support our client with a spinal injury in their own home to help mobilise around the property.
• Provide personal and social care and help the client enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events.
