Job summary

Louisa Homecare Ltd is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers / Care Assistants to join the team and support clients at home. Roles available include full-time and part-time positions, offering mileage payments and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a suitable vehicle for work
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in care is valuable but not required; personality and values matter

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care while protecting dignity and privacy
• Assist with medication in accordance with individual care plans
• Prepare meals and drinks
• Support mobility and safe movement around the home
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with everyday activities and household tasks
• Encourage clients to maintain their independence
• Recognise and report changes in a client's health or wellbeing
• Communicate with clients, families, carers and the office team
