Job summary

Louisa Homecare Ltd is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our team in the UK. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with roles focused on helping clients live independently at home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care while protecting dignity and privacy.
• Assist with medication in accordance with individual care plans.
• Prepare meals and drinks for clients.
• Support mobility and safe movement around the home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with everyday activities and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and report changes in health or wellbeing.
• Communicate with clients, families, carers and the office team.
