Job summary

Paladins Care Limited is hiring a Community Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support for elderly and disabled clients across Luton and surrounding areas. The role focuses on personal care, meal prep, medication support, and companionship, with travel between service users' homes.

The position is female-only in line with Equality Act requirements. You will work full time (minimum 37.5 hours/week) at £11.44 per hour, with training and paid holidays, and optional accommodation at

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar care role preferred.
• Fluent English in writing and speech.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and willing to travel between homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (dressing, bathing, toileting) respectfully.
• Perform light household tasks and meal preparation.
• Administer and record medications as required.
• Provide emotional support, companionship and promote independence.
• Travel between service users’ homes to deliver care.
