Job summary

HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate carers to support clients in their own homes in Sittingbourne. You will primarily work at one client’s residence, with shifts covering days and nights and a required minimum of 24 hours per week. Roles may include weekend work with enhanced rates and a pension scheme.
