Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is hiring caring and reliable Care Assistants to provide personal care, support in clients' homes and build meaningful relationships. You will assist with washing, dressing and daily tasks while maintaining dignity and independence.

We offer flexible full- and part-time hours, from £14.80 per hour, with DBS cost covered, a free uniform and 28 days annual leave (pro rata). Training is provided, and there is a Refer a Friend scheme worth £300.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
