Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer in Poole to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, meals, medication and companionship. This role offers flexible shifts and training opportunities to grow within a nationwide care provider.

You don’t need prior care experience; we’ll provide full training. A kind, patient attitude and the ability to build relationships are key. Driving license preferred, right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to build relationships and provide companionship.
• Flexible approach to shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals and medications.
• Provide companionship and active listening.
• Work in clients' homes with respectful care.
• Shift patterns include nights 10pm-7am
