Job summary

Bentley Grange in Hailsham is seeking Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. No experience is required, and you’ll join an Extra Care facility that helps residents live independently with compassionate, ongoing care.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, light domestic tasks, and providing companionship. We offer full-time and part-time roles with early and late shifts; DBS/PVG, company mobile, uniform, and welfare benefits are included.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required.
• DBS check is required.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Provide personal care (continence support, washing, dressing) and medication assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light domestic tasks.
• Offer companionship, reassurance and emotional support to residents.
