Job summary

Cera Care in Hailsham is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. Part-time and full-time roles available; no experience required. Responsibilities include personal care, medication support, cooking, and domestic tasks, with a focus on companionship and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Managing medications, cooking meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
• Strong communication and compassionate nature are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients.
• Support clients in their homes in Hailsham and surrounding areas.
