Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking compassionate carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in customers' own homes across Burnham, Beaconsfield, and Marlow. You will help customers maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing with support from a friendly team.

Join a dedicated, patient-focused service offering full induction, ongoing training, and a warm, supportive work environment. A UK driving licence is required and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Age 18+ so you can work in the UK.
• Right to Work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visa transfers).
• Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend).
• No previous care experience required - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each customer's needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation.
• Help with medication and prescriptions.
• Carry out light housework and maintain a clean, safe home.
