Agincare is seeking a Home Carer in Medway to support clients with daily routines and personal care within their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with shopping and meals, and help with medications as part of a dedicated care team.

We value kindness and a genuine passion for helping others. A full UK driving licence is required, and sponsorship is not available. Flexible contracts and mileage reimbursement are offered across England.

Formación

• Demonstrates a warm, caring and compassionate approach to supporting others.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and work well in a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK for at least 12 months without sponsorship.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation and making a comforting cup of tea.
• Provide companionship, listen, and engage in friendly conversation.
• Help with medication as required by care plans.
