Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Medway to support clients in their own homes, promoting dignity and independence. You will help with daily routines, meals and companionship, while building meaningful relationships within the local community.

The role offers funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, mileage paid, a company pension, and on-demand pay. A driving licence and weekend flexibility are preferred.

• Assisting with medication as needed.
