Job summary

Caremark Coventry is seeking warm, compassionate Care Assistants to support people in their own homes in Nuneaton and Bedworth. The role involves one-to-one care, helping with daily activities, medication prompting, and promoting independence with full training provided.

You’ll travel within Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth and work flexible, full-time hours. Excellent pay, holiday pay, pension access, and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Warm, compassionate and reliable personality.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience welcome but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care in customers’ homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (washing, dressing, meal prep).
• Support with medication prompting and daily routines.
• Promote independence and wellbeing.
• Engage in social activities and community access.
