Starling Homecare in Hertfordshire is recruiting carers to visit clients in their homes. We offer full-time and part-time hours with full training provided. You must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence with your own car.

Visits cover Harpenden and the surrounding villages. Starting pay is £14.50 per hour on weekdays and £15.00 per hour on weekends, with a potential rise after three months to £16.00 per hour for committed availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care visits, assisting with daily activities like getting up, meals, medications prompts, and companionship.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain consistent care routines.
• Support clients to stay in their own homes and monitor wellbeing.
