Job summary

Home Instead Hereford is recruiting Care Professionals to support clients to stay in their own homes, keeping them safe, happy and as independent as possible. You will visit clients in their homes, provide companionship and assist with daily living tasks, including meals and light housework.

Role includes some personal care, transport to appointments or events, and ongoing client relationship support. A driver with own car and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Driver with access to own car is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to provide companionship and support to promote independence.
• Help with daily living tasks including meal preparation and light housework.
• Provide personal care, assistance with washing, dressing and medication support as needed.
• Take clients to appointments and social events; maintain safety and quality of life.
