Our mission is to enable clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently for as long as possible. This is a community-based role with full-time hours, including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for work purposes
• Have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assistance with outings such as appointments and social activities
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Medication assistance as required
• Dementia care support
• Personal care and continence support
• Light domestic tasks
• End of life care
