Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is hiring a Home Care Assistant to provide caring, in-home support across Mid and West Cornwall. You will visit customers, offer conversation, assist with daily routines, and deliver calm, personalized care during visits that are typically 1 hour or more.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided. Hours are 37.5 per week with paid mileage, overtime available, and a full UK driving licence is preferred for travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal support in customers' homes.
• Assist with daily routines and prepare light meals.
• Support hobbies and activities to keep customers engaged.
• Deliver calm, personalized, and unrushed care.
• Attend regular visits across Mid & West Cornwall.
