Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes.
• Help with personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare meals and support daily routines.
• Assist with medication in line with training and care plans.
• Help with everyday household tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
