Job summary

Go:Be Search Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join a care home team in Coatbridge. The role involves supporting residents' daily lives while ensuring high standards of care and dignity. Whether experienced or new to care, full training will be provided, including mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conduct.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to register with SSSC within required timescales.

Responsibilities

• Promote a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle for each resident.
• Support with personal care, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Assist with preparation and serving of meals and refreshments.
• Encourage and organise activities for residents.
• Work alongside Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
