Job summary

Avon Search & Selection on behalf of a privately owned residential care home in Doncaster is seeking a Healthcare Assistant. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities and help residents maintain dignity and independence.

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned residential care home in Doncaster, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for 11 residents.

This small, friendly home offers a personalised approach to care, ensuring residents receive the support they need while maintaining their dignity, independence and choice. With a focus on individual needs and wellbeing, the home aims to create a comfortable and homely atmosphere where residents feel safe, valued and respected.

Working within a smaller care setting offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues, helping to create a positive and supportive community.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily living needs. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure residents receive compassionate support in a safe, comfortable and respectful environment.
