Job summary

Millennium Staffing Ltd is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care in care homes and other healthcare settings. You will support residents with personal care, meals, mobility and daily activities, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

A DBS check and compliance with company policies are required. Successful applicants will join a team focused on resident wellbeing, safety and accurate documentation, working under supervision with nurses and care home

Qualifications

• Experience in care home or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of person-centred care and confidentiality.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and DBS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe moving procedures.
• Assist with meals and hydration, respecting dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and promote residents’ independence and wellbeing.
• Record observations and report changes to nurses or senior staff.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
