Job summary

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team in delivering compassionate care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, always placing their dignity and individuality first.

You will work under a Registered Nurse, help safeguard residents, and contribute to an environment where everyone feels valued, respected and supported in their wellbeing and daily life.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Provide personal care: washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home.
• Safeguarding training and reporting concerns as needed.
