• Undertake personal care duties for patients under supervision from a registered healthcare practitioner.
• Record patient's personal care information in accordance with local and trust policies.
• Work with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, high quality, compassionate, person-centered care.
• Familiarisation with ward routines and involvement in care delivery across Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
