Job summary

Creative Support Barnsley is seeking caring and reliable staff to join Fitzwilliam Court in Hoyland, Barnsley. You will provide personalised care and support to help residents stay independent and connected to their community.

Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights. Training is provided, with opportunities to study for the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care as you begin your new career in care.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal care to older adults.
• Excellent communication and clear record-keeping.
• Ability to assist with mobility and positioning.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Support residents to stay independent, active and connected to their community.
• Record information clearly and accurately in care records.
• Coordinate with families, health professionals and housing partners to ensure person-centred care.
