Job summary

Progress Care Group in Derby is seeking a Support Worker for Bank shifts, offering hourly pay up to £13.35. You will help children, young people and adults with disabilities live fulfilling lives in residential homes and community settings, with flexible paid shifts that fit around study or other commitments.

This role focuses on person-centred care and building essential skills through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• For paid opportunities, we’re keen to hear from individuals with experience supporting children or adults with:
• Moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities
• Autism, sensory impairment, and/or complex care needs
• Experience with PEG feeding and moving and handling (including hoists) is desirable.
• A nursing background is beneficial when supporting children with complex health needs.
