Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our care home in Buckingham. You will help residents with daily routines, personal care, and provide companionship while taking part in a range of activities to support their wellbeing.

You will work as part of a supportive team in a not-for-profit environment, with a focus on compassionate care, dignity, and respect for every resident. We offer training and development to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirable.
• Proven track record in elderly care and high quality care standards.
• Positive role model with excellent communication and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide companionship and participate in activities.
• Take on light household duties to keep rooms and homes clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident well-being.
