Qualifications

• Be willing to undertake training to achieve the S/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults).
• Capable of supporting residents with personal care while preserving dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Provide emotional support and get to know residents personally.
• Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively.
