Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks while preserving dignity.
• Assist residents with mobility and care needs.
• Monitor residents who are confused or have behavioural issues.
• Record daily notes and participate in care planning.
• Support social activities and hobbies in the home.
• Answer nurse call system and front desk queries.
• Report on residents’ wellbeing under supervision.
