Job summary

Bridge Oak Care Homes – The Denby in Denby Dale, West Yorkshire, is recruiting a Care Assistant (Permanent, full-time 33 hours per week). You’ll support residents with daily living, mobility and personal care, while promoting dignity and independence.

We’re looking for warm, approachable individuals who can work flexible evenings and weekends and who are passionate about improving the lives of older people. Sponsorship is not available.

• Previous care experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility, continence and personal care as needed.
• Engage residents in hobbies and social activities in the home.
• Respond to nurse calls and manage messages promptly.
• Record participation and feedback for meaningful engagement.
